The toughest  adversary for every trial lawyer is time; time sufficient to thoroughly prepare every aspect of a case. With this

principle in mind, we aimed to make our firm work as efficiently as possible. We limit our caseload to the types of cases listed in the "Our Practice" section of this website. We also limit our caseload to Central New Jersey and the Jersey Shore. In this way we are handling the same cases in the same courts all the time. Through developing  a rapport with the same Judges, Prosecutors and Police we are able to handle cases more efficiently and to address the specific individual nuances of each court quickly. Also by appearing in the same courts all the time,we  are able to keep our fees extremely competitive by reducing travel time to and from court and time  spent learning  the different  rules each judge, prosecutor and court clerk has for their particular court.
